Does BulkBuy sell to the public?
BulkBuy sells to registered businesses only. We are a wholesaler and do not sell direct to the public.
How can I shop online?
You can shop online using your computer, smartphone or tablet. Add products to your cart and start saving.
How do I change my password?
You need to be logged in to change your password. Please go to ‘My Account’ which is in the top right drop down.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click on ‘Forgotten password’ on the login screen, enter your registered email address and we’ll send you a link to reset your password. If you don’t receive our email in your inbox, please check your junk folder.
Is there a minimum order value?
None! However any order $300+GST or above qualifies for free shipping
Where does my order come from?
Your order gets picked, packed and shipped from our Auckland based DC
What happens if a product I want is out of stock?
Please let us know and we will get in touch when that product arrives back in stock.
Do I need to save my trolley as I shop?
Your trolley will be saved automatically if you are logged in. Items will remain in your trolley until you purchase them. No matter what device you sign in from, you’ll be able to see any items you’ve added. Please keep in mind that specials and deals are only available for a certain period of time and will be priced at the date the order is submitted.
How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?
Once you’ve checked out, you’ll receive a confirmation email, detailing all the products, quantities and an order value.
What are your cut off times?
All fully paid orders made before midnight will be dispatched on the next business day.
